Academic FCU has an audio response unit that allows our members without computers access to their accounts 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is no cost associated with this service. You can check your balances, transfer funds within account types, and balance your checkbook.

Audio Response Instructions

Academic Federal Credit Union’s audio response system is accessible to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Simply dial 888-923-7552.

Definitions

Member Number = the 3 to 6 digit account number found on the upper right hand corner of your statement next to member number

Audio Identification Number = the last four digits of your social security number (for initial logon only)

    • For account information press 1

    • For transfer of funds press 2

    • For rates information press 3

    • To change your personal identification number press 4

    • Tp access a different member account press 5

    • For other services, press 6

    • To repeat these choices, press 8

  2. Enter your member number followed by the pound (#) key

  3. Enter your audio identification number followed by the pound (#) key

First Time Callers:

  1. Enter your member number followed by the pound (#) key

  2. Enter your audio identification number followed by the pound (#) key

  3. A prompt will ask you to CHANGE to a new audio identification number (must be 4 characters only)

  4. Enter your NEW audio identification number

  5. Enter your New audio identification number again to confirm it

  6. The system will reset your audio ID and ask you to sign in again from the beginning

  7. Enter your member number followed by the pound (#) key

  8. Enter your New audio identification number followed by the pound (#) key
